There have been no reports of drones with combat payloads crashing in Poland, according to Polish Prime Minister Donald Tusk.

"So far, there has been no reason to believe that any of these findings (drone debris after the September 10 raid - ed.) could pose a threat. At this time, there have been no confirmed cases of a drone crash that could have exploded," Tusk said.

In addition, he noted the prevalence of civilian drones in Poland.

"In recent days, there have been two cases where aircraft were found on the ground, and it turned out that these objects were not related to drone aggression," he said.

Russian drones in Poland

On the night of September 9-10, Russia launched a massive attack on Ukraine. However, this time, Russian drones violated Polish airspace and were shot down by Polish and allied aircraft.

In the Lublin Province, a private house was damaged during the shooting down of the drones. Polish media reported that it could have been hit by a missile from an F-16 fighter jet launched at the drone.

The drones that were not shot down probably crashed due to running out of fuel. Debris from 16 Russian aircraft was found in areas bordering Ukraine.

Earlier, Tusk said that a total of 19 Russian drones had been detected. Fighter jets were scrambled to intercept them, but only four targets were destroyed.
