Trump to attend sixth launch of Elon Musk's Starship rocket - CNN
On Wednesday, November 20, billionaire Elon Musk's company SpaceX will conduct its sixth Starship rocket launch. The event, taking place in Texas, will be attended by US President-elect Donald Trump, reports CNN.
According to three sources, SpaceX CEO Elon Musk will also join Trump at the event, further highlighting the growing influence of the billionaire within the orbit of the newly elected president.
New Starship launch
Tomorrow, SpaceX will conduct the sixth launch of Starship, the most powerful rocket ever created in the world. The test flight is scheduled to take place between 5:00 and 5:30 p.m. Eastern Time.
The summer tests will include the landing of the heavy booster, followed by its capture by clamps on the launch pad. Starship will then enter Earth's orbit and, after about an hour, land in the Indian Ocean in daylight.
CNN added that Trump had previously expressed his enthusiasm for the fifth test flight exuberantly.
After the US election, Elon Musk’s behavior has reportedly been irritating Donald Trump’s inner circle. According to NBC News, the billionaire is said to be acting as though he were a co-president.
