US President Donald Trump has once again begun threatening Iran over the delay in negotiations.

According to him, the Iranian authorities have dragged their feet on negotiations to resolve the conflict with the U.S., and now they will have to "pay the price".

In his address, Trump emphasizes that the Iranian military is in decline. He adds that the Islamic Republic's Navy and Air Force no longer exist.

US vs. Iran

The US military launched strikes against Iran after an Apache helicopter was shot down over the Strait of Hormuz.

Incidentally, media reports stated that the US helicopter over the Strait of Hormuz was shot down by a Shahed.

Earlier, Iran also attacked US military bases in the Middle East in response to the US strike on the islands of Sirik and Qeshm.

Meanwhile, US Vice President JD Vance stated in an interview with CBS News that Washington was very close to an agreement that would resolve the issue of Iran’s nuclear program.

Before this, the US President had raised the possibility of a military operation on Iranian territory if negotiations between Washington and Tehran failed to produce results.
