Trump reveals details of meeting with Xi Jinping and dates for next summits

US President Donald Trump has concluded his meeting with Chinese leader Xi Jinping in Washington and announced the next talks in a post on Truth Social.
According to Trump, Chinese President Xi Jinping and his wife, Peng Liyuan, have already left Washington and headed back to China.
The talks between the two sides took place in a positive atmosphere.
"The meeting was one of friendship, strength, and success, for both China and the USA," the politician said.
Trump also revealed the schedule for his next contacts with the Chinese leader. In November, they will meet again in China, followed by talks in December on the sidelines of the G20 summit in Miami, Florida.
"Much has been, and will be, accomplished. I look forward to our next meeting!" he concluded.
Earlier, US President Donald Trump called his meeting with Chinese leader Xi Jinping "very productive," but provided no substantial details or announcements about a deal.
The talks were preceded by a ceremonial event, when Chinese President Xi Jinping arrived at the White House for an official meeting with the US president.
