US President Donald Trump is angry about Russia's recent actions, particularly the massive Russian strike on Ukraine, Axios reports.

An unnamed senior White House official told the news agency that in recent days, "Trump's rage has been intensifying." The reason for this is Russia's behavior and the continuation of its strikes on Ukraine at the same time that the US president insisted on a ceasefire.

It is worth noting that just today, March 7, Trump stated that he is considering imposing new large-scale sanctions and tariffs on Russia. The president also called on Kyiv and Moscow to begin peace negotiations right now.

Massive strike on Ukraine

It is reported that last night, Russian forces once again attacked Ukraine using missiles and strike drones.

According to the Air Force data, a total of 67 missiles were launched by the Russians, 34 of which were shot down. The enemy also launched 194 strike drones, 100 of which were intercepted.

It is known that the strikes hit Kharkiv, Ternopil, Odesa, and Chernihiv regions. The enemy particularly targeted energy and gas infrastructure.

As aviation expert Kostiantyn Kryvolap explained in a comment to the RBC-Ukraine YouTube channel, the enemy launched the missiles at a very low altitude, making them more difficult to intercept.
