US President Donald Trump is still unsure about his plans following his visit to the United Arab Emirates. He is being asked to visit specific locations, Sky News reports.

Journalists asked Trump which country he would visit next after his trip to the UAE, the third and final stop of his Middle East tour. The US President avoided giving a direct answer.

"We'll be leaving tomorrow. It's almost 'destination unknown'. We're getting calls, 'Could you be here? Could you be there?' But we're probably going back to Washington, DC," the American leader said.

Trump considered attending Ukraine-Russia talks

US President Donald Trump had previously stated that he was considering a trip to Istanbul to take part in negotiations between Ukraine and Russia.

Meanwhile, US Presidential Envoy to Ukraine Keith Kellogg noted that the American leader might attend the meeting only after Russian President Vladimir Putin arrives in Istanbul.

Putin has effectively refused to participate in talks with Ukraine. Instead, he decided to send a group of officials for technical negotiations. Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy pointed out that these officials are not even authorized to make decisions.

On May 14, an unnamed US official told Reuters that Trump does not plan to travel to Istanbul to take part in the Ukraine-Russia negotiations.

The US delegation to the talks may include Secretary of State Marco Rubio, US Presidential Envoy to the Middle East Steve Witkoff, and Kellogg.
