Trump and Putin conclude three-on-three talks

US President Donald Trump and Vladimir Putin have concluded their talks in Alaska, which were held in a three-on-three format, according to the White House correspondent.
On Friday, August 15, a three-on-three meeting began in Alaska. On the US side, alongside Trump, were Secretary of State Marco Rubio and envoy Steve Witkoff, seated next to the president.
Putin was accompanied by Russian Foreign Minister Sergey Lavrov and aide Yuri Ushakov, who sat beside him.
The closed-door talks between Trump and Putin lasted two hours and 45 minutes. Journalists have already been invited into the hall where the joint press conference of the two leaders is set to take place.
