Attacks on Kharkiv region

The Kharkiv region has been repeatedly targeted by Russian attacks, often with tragic consequences. On the night of February 9, Russian forces struck Bohodukhiv, killing a 10-year-old boy and his mother.

The day before, regional authorities declared a state of emergency due to ongoing Russian shelling and the energy sector's difficult situation.

On February 10, Russia also attacked a vehicle carrying humanitarian aid in a village in the Kharkiv region. The vehicle was delivering bread to residents of the Pisko-Radkivsky starostynsky district.
