American Tim Cook, who has been the CEO of Apple for the past 15 years, has announced that he is stepping down from his position. His path to success was unique, and what he achieved is the result of his work, patience, and a disciplined lifestyle, according to Business Insider.
Wakes up very early
Tim Cook wakes up between 4 a.m. and 5 a.m. and starts his day by reviewing hundreds of emails he receives from customers.
He wakes up before dawn.
According to him, this early morning time gives him the freedom to spend his time as he sees fit.
Attentive to feedback
The first thing Cook does in the morning is check his iPhone, where he reads emails, reviews evening sales reports, and studies countries where numbers are changing to stay on top of the business.
The first hour he spends reading emails, and he's quite religious about it. He reads many emails from customers and employees. Customers tell him what they like about them or what they would like them to change. Employees give him ideas.
In total, he receives 500–600 emails per day.
Sport
Before going to the office, Tim Cook visits the gym several times a week. He spends about an hour there, usually doing strength training. During this time, he does not work or check his phone, as he is fully focused on exercise.
Cook does not train in Apple’s office building; instead, he chooses a gym where he is less likely to meet employees.
In 2018, the former Apple CEO said that exercise helps him keep stress under control.

Coffee lover
After training and taking a shower, Cook drinks coffee. He usually eats protein cereal with unsweetened almond milk.
Holds many meetings
Cook runs marathon meetings after work. Weekly meetings can last five or six hours.
“Tell me about your numbers. Show me your spreadsheets,” he tells employees.
Bar lover
Cook’s meetings are very long, so he often eats protein bars for lunch. Employees have learned to prepare for meetings as if they were exams.
In addition to the bars he regularly eats throughout the day, he also likes chicken and rice for lunch. Cook is known to eat in the cafeteria with his employees.
Active weekends
The American enjoys hiking, rock climbing, and cycling in his free time on weekends.
He has also stayed at the Canyon Ranch resort in Arizona, where he spent time in solitude, often eating alone and reading on his iPad
