Ukraine will continue intensifying strikes on military targets deep inside Russia to weaken its terrorist capabilities, Foreign Minister Andrii Sybiha states.
Deep strike strategy
According to the minister, the scale and impact of Ukrainian attacks on Russia's territory are constantly increasing. This is a deliberate strategy aimed at destroying sources of terror directly at their locations.
Ukraine now has the capability to hit targets thousands of kilometers away. Sybiha emphasized that this campaign is "smart, effective, and strategically measured."
"These are our own, Ukrainian sanctions against the Russian War Machine, and we are not going to ease them," the foreign minister stressed.
Consequences for Russia
Andrii Sybiha noted that Russian leadership already recognizes that there are no safe places left in the country. The war unleashed by the Kremlin is returning to Russian territory, and the intensity of attacks will only increase.
"The longer Moscow refuses to end this senseless war that it has no chance to win, the worse it will get for them," the minister added.
Strikes on Russia's rear and military sites
Ukraine has been striking military and strategic targets in Russia on a regular basis. On March 21, Ukrainian forces hit the Saratov oil refinery, which supplied fuel to the Russian army.
Also, on March 19, unidentified drones attacked a Russian anti-aircraft missile regiment in Sevastopol at Cape Fiolent.
In addition, the Center for Countering Disinformation explained that strikes on Russia's military and industrial complex are decisive, as they create shortages of missile units and undermine the Kremlin's ability to continue the war.
