A delicate milk dessert can be prepared in just 12 minutes, without the need for an oven. Light ingredients and a pleasant creamy texture make it the perfect option, according to Ukrainian food blogger Alex Mil on his Instagram page.
Recipe for a delicate milk dessert
You will need the following ingredients:
- Milk – 300 ml
- Egg yolks – 3
- Sugar or sweetener – 70 g
- Vanilla sugar – 10 g
- Sour cream – 350 g (15%)
- Gelatin – 20 g
Per 100 g: calories – 137, protein – 6 g, fat – 8.5 g, carbohydrates – 8.8 g.
Total cooking time is 12 minutes plus 1–2 hours to set in the refrigerator.
Instructions:
First, pour 100 ml of milk over the gelatin and let it swell. In a saucepan, whisk together the egg yolks and the sugar. Add 200 ml of milk, stir, and place over heat.
Cook, stirring constantly, until it begins to boil. Turn off the heat when bubbles appear.
Add the vanilla sugar, sour cream, and gelatin, and mix until smooth. Pour into a convenient mold and refrigerate for 1–2 hours. Sprinkle with grated chocolate and enjoy.
