Ukrainian fighters eliminated another 560 Russian occupants in the Tavria direction over the last day. The Armed Forces also destroyed 11 units of enemy military equipment, according to the Joint Press Center of the Tavria Defense Forces.

In total, Russians carried out 5 air strikes in the Tavria direction, engaged in 70 combat engagements, and fired 631 artillery rounds.

In the area of responsibility of the Tavria Operational Strategic Group of troops in the Avdiivka direction, Ukrainian defenders continue to hold back the enemy, who keeps trying to surround Avdiivka.

Thus, the Ukrainian Defense Forces repelled 11 enemy attacks near Avdiivka and another 13 attacks near Severne, south of Tonenke, Pervomaiske, and Nevelske in the Donetsk region.

In the Maryinka direction, the Ukrainian Armed Forces are holding back the enemy near Novomykhailivka, Donetsk, where 13 attacks were repelled.

In the Zaporizhzhia direction, our defenders repelled 17 enemy attacks west of Novopokrovka and Robotyne in the Zaporizhzhia region.

In the Shakhtarsk direction, the enemy did not conduct any offensive actions.

At the same time, in the Melitopol direction, the Ukrainian Defense Forces continue to inflict losses in manpower and equipment on the occupation forces, depleting the enemy along the entire front line.

Russia's losses

The total losses of the Russian army amounted to 560 people.

Ukrainian soldiers also destroyed 11 pieces of military equipment, including:

  • 6 tanks;
  • 1 armored personnel carrier;
  • 1 artillery system;
  • 1 UAV;
  • 2 units of special equipment.

In addition, another 6 units of enemy equipment were damaged.

Frontline situation

According to the General Staff, Ukrainian troops repelled 21 enemy attacks in the Bakhmut direction and are holding their positions in the Kherson direction. Missile forces hit two enemy remote mining areas.

According to a report by the Institute for War Studies, the Ukrainian Armed Forces maintain their positions on the left bank of the Kherson region and attacked the western part of the Zaporizhzhia region.

The fiercest fighting continues at the Kupiansk, Lyman, and Bakhmut directions. The Russian occupiers are outnumbered both in weapons and personnel.
