Sweet and healthy: Recipe for ultimate diet-friendly treats

Craving something sweet without the guilt? Ukrainian food blogger Kateryna Protsyshyna shares a new recipe for diet-friendly sweets that makes it possible to indulge your sweet tooth without guilt and support healthy nutrition.
Diet candies: Easy recipe
Ingredients:
- dates – 200 g
- shredded coconut – 80 g
- nuts – 200 g (hazelnuts, almonds, pecans)
- honey – 1 tsp
- vanilla and cinnamon – optional
- dark chocolate – 150 g
Instructions:
Blend all the ingredients except the chocolate. Then, shape the mixture into balls of the desired size with your hands.

Place them in the freezer for 10–15 minutes. Put a saucepan over medium heat and bring the water to a light simmer. Add the chocolate to a bowl and place it over the saucepan.
The chocolate should melt smoothly, then add a teaspoon of oil. Roll the candies in the chocolate and sprinkle with nuts on top.
Place them back in the freezer for 5 minutes to set.
