Strikes in Poltava region: State Emergency Service releases photos of aftermath

A Russian drone struck a residential building in the Poltava district, sparking a fire in one of the apartments, according to the State Emergency Service.
The drone strike occurred at around 6:00 PM Kyiv time.
A fire broke out in an apartment on the third floor and on the roof of the building.
"Fortunately, there were no residents in the apartment at the time of impact, and most of the building’s residents managed to reach a shelter," the State Emergency Service (SES) reported.
There is currently no information about casualties or injuries.
As of 10:00 PM Kyiv time, the fire had been extinguished. Deminers and SES dog units were also involved in the operation, the agency noted.
Russian drone attack on Chernihiv
On the evening of September 20, Russian forces attacked Chernihiv with drones, targeting transport infrastructure. Two drones were recorded crashing in the city.
Air raid alerts during day
Throughout the day, particularly toward the evening, Russia carried out intensive drone strikes across Ukraine. Air raid sirens were activated in Chernihiv, Sumy, Poltava, Odesa, Kharkiv, Dnipropetrovsk, Zaporizhzhia, and Donetsk regions.
In addition, Russian forces launched a missile strike on an ATB supermarket warehouse in Dnipro. The attack caused a fire at the facility, though no employees were injured.
