Attack on Kharkiv on June 7

On the evening of June 7, Russian forces carried out four strikes with guided aerial bombs on the Shevchenkivskyi and Kyivskyi districts of Kharkiv.

In the Shevchenkivskyi district, the enemy hit the children's railway, while in the Kyivskyi district, private homes were targeted. As a result, two buildings of the children's railway and four train cars were damaged, as well as two private houses and a utility structure.

Initially, 18 people were reported injured. However, shortly afterward, Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy stated that over 40 people were injured in Kharkiv. He described Russia’s actions as "another brutal killing."

Earlier, two fatalities had been reported. The first victim was a 30-year-old woman who had recently been appointed head of the children's railway.

Later, four more bodies were recovered from the rubble of the enterprise.
