At least two people died as a result of a shooting in Florida. Unknown individuals opened fire while civilians were celebrating Halloween, according to ABC7.

As Tampa Police Department Chief Lee Bercaw explained, a fight broke out between two groups at about 3 a.m. as the bars let out. Hundreds were near the scene when the shooting began.

One suspect, a male, turned himself in to police, Bercaw said. Authorities believe that there were at least two shooters involved.
