Shelling of Kharkiv: 8 people wounded, 1 killed
22 explosions were reported in Kharkiv during a massive attack this morning, December 29. Eight people were injured, and one person died, according to Oleh Stniehubov, the head of Kharkiv regional military administration, and Kharkiv Mayor Ihor Terekhov.
"As of now, due to the occupiers' strikes on Kharkiv, one person has died, a man about 35 years old," said Syniehubov.
Additionally, according to the head of the regional military administration, eight people were wounded, and medical assistance is being provided on-site.
Consequences of the attack
According to Kharkiv Mayor Ihor Terekhov, the shelling began at 5 AM and continued until 8 AM.
"As of now, there have been 22 shelling incidents in various areas of Kharkiv. Unfortunately, a polyclinic, a school, residential buildings, the Nova Poshta (postal service - ed.) office, and a manufacturing enterprise have been affected," Terekhov listed the consequences of the attack.

Russia launched a massive attack on Ukraine on the morning of December 29. Explosions were reported in Kharkiv, and most regions of Ukraine declared an air raid alert. Other than Kharkiv, drone attackd were reported in Lviv, as well as consequences being reported in Kyiv, Dnipro, Odesa, and Konotop.
