Shell hits hospital room: Russia strikes Ukraine's Kherson hospitals for second day

        On October 30, Russian forces again struck a hospital in Kherson. A shell pierced the wall of a ward, injuring a woman, according to the Kherson Military Administration.
"Russian terrorists continue to deliberately shell healthcare facilities in our community. Today, around 2:45 p.m., a medical facility in the central part of the city came under enemy fire," the statement said.
The enemy shell pierced the wall of a ward, injuring an 83-year-old patient in one of the departments. The woman suffered a blast injury, a shrapnel wound to her left forearm, and arterial bleeding.
A 61-year-old woman was also hospitalized with a concussion, explosive injuries, and a closed craniocerebral injury. Her condition is reported as moderate.
Two more victims sought medical assistance.
Two 44-year-old men, employees of the Kherson Military Administration, sustained concussions, explosive injuries, and closed craniocerebral injuries as a result of the enemy shelling in the central part of the city.
Strike on Kherson hospital
Earlier, on the morning of Wednesday, October 29, Russian forces fired artillery at a children’s hospital in Kherson. The attack caused injuries and significant damage to the facility.
It was reported that nine people were injured, including four children and three medical staff members.
