Russian troops attempted to attack Ukrainian territory with kamikaze drones during the night of October 29. The General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine reports that all enemy targets were destroyed by the air defense forces.

The Russians launched 5 kamikaze drones, and all of them were shot down.

"Tonight, Russian occupiers launched another attack on Ukraine, using 5 kamikaze UAVs of the Shahed-136/131 type. All enemy drones were destroyed by our air defense," the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine stated.

Earlier, the Ukrainian Air Force had warned about the threat of kamikaze drone attacks in the region. Air raid sirens also spread to central regions.

Night attack on October 29

Late in the evening on October 28, the Russians launched a group of kamikaze drones into Ukrainian territory. Initially, the threat of kamikaze drones was warned in the southern and central regions, but soon the threat shifted to western regions.

Explosions were reported in the Khmelnytskyi region during the air raid sirens, with reports of air defense systems in operation. Fortunately, there were no casualties, according to the State Emergency Service.
