Series of explosions heard in Dnipro amid massive drone attack, with one confirmed casualty

Several explosions were heard late in the evening on April 29 in Dnipro. Enemy strike drones were observed moving towards the city, according to Suspilne Dnipro and the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
Around 10:30 PM Kyiv time, the military reported the movement of a group of Shahed-type kamikaze drones towards Dnipro.
At 10:38 PM, explosions were heard in the Dnipro area. New explosions followed, continuing at least until 11:12 PM.
The Air Force reported that a new group of Shahed drones was approaching Dnipro from the west.
It was also noted that local communities and monitoring groups reported a fire amid the drone attack by the enemy.
Additionally, the military warned residents of Dnipro and Kharkiv about the movement of enemy UAVs towards these cities.
Updated: One confirmed dead
Head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional State Administration Serhii Lysak reported on his Telegram around 11:30 PM that as a result of the massive drone attack in Dnipro, several fires have been detected, and there is one casualty.
The official stated that private homes were damaged.
"Currently, one death has been confirmed. Information is being clarified. Stay in a safe place. Take care of yourselves," he added.
