Weight loss is more than just a diet or gym routine. It's about changing habitual behaviors: a different eating schedule, new habits, and regular physical activity. But all these changes require motivation — an inner energy that supports your actions.

Ukrainian nutritionist Viktor Mandziak shares tips on how to effectively burn calories.

How to lose weight effortlessly

Imagine yourself 10, 20, or even 30 kg lighter. You move with ease, feel better, and look more confident in your favorite clothes. You become healthier and live more quality years. If this perspective matters to you, then the answer to the first question is "yes."

Many people see weight loss as a tough challenge: constant restrictions, and exhausting workouts. However, this is a misconception. Weight loss is not about willpower; it's about smart behavior correction, where you do what you enjoy.

How to burn 300-400 more calories

You need to eat 300-400 calories less. This can be done by reducing the amount of fatty foods, cutting out sugary drinks, and choosing simple and healthy products (vegetables, fruits, lean meats, fish, dairy).
If you want to burn 300-400 more calories, aim to walk 7,000-10,000 steps a day or engage in physical activity that you enjoy: workouts, walks, dancing.

How to make weight loss enjoyable

Choose physical activities that inspire you. Listen to your favorite music, train with friends, set small but achievable goals. The feeling of progress motivates you to keep going.

Weight loss is not a punishment, but a path to better well-being and life. Start with small steps, and the results will come.
