Second day of talks between Ukraine, US, and Russia begins in Abu Dhabi

On Saturday, January 24, the second day of negotiations between Ukraine, the United States, and Russia on a peace plan began in Abu Dhabi, according to Sky News.
According to sources, the talks between Ukraine, Russia, and the US in Abu Dhabi have resumed.
Yesterday's discussions focused on buffer zones and control mechanisms.
Media reports indicate that the meetings are taking place in various formats.
"Being a closed-door meeting, it is not yet known what today will bring," Sky News noted.
Negotiations in Abu Dhabi
Yesterday, January 23, delegations from Ukraine, Russia, and the US began talks in Abu Dhabi. The Ukrainian negotiation team is led by Secretary of the National Security and Defense Council, Rustem Umerov.
President Volodymyr Zelenskyy stated that the key issue at the Abu Dhabi meeting would be territorial, concerning Donbas.
Before the talks, Kremlin spokesperson Dmitry Peskov said that Ukrainian forces must leave the Donbas region, calling this "an important condition for the Russian side."
In addition, before the meeting, Zelenskyy held consultations with the Ukrainian delegation.
After the session, Umerov shared details from the first day of negotiations in Abu Dhabi.
