Moldovan President Maia Sandu condemned Russia's massive attack on Ukraine on the night of November 29. She emphasized that this is not the language of a country seeking peace.

"A brutal 10h attack on Ukraine. This is not the language of diplomacy, nor of a country claiming to negotiate peace," she wrote.

Sandu also commented on another violation of Moldova's airspace. She stated that she condemns these attacks and expressed support for Ukraine.

"On their way to kill civilians, Russian drones again violated Moldovan airspace, forcing its temporary closure. We condemn these attacks and stand with Ukraine," the Moldovan president said.

On the night of November 29, Russian forces launched another combined attack on Ukraine, targeting Kyiv as the main objective.

Several hours into the morning, numerous Russian drones were spotted over Ukraine. Around 2:00 AM Kyiv time, two drones entered Moldova's airspace, prompting a temporary suspension of air travel.

In Kyiv, the attack continued through the night and into the early morning. Damage was reported across seven districts of the capital. Residential buildings were hit, high-rises caught fire, two people were killed, and 37 were injured.

By morning, some districts experienced power outages. Authorities later reported that over 500,000 consumers were left without electricity.
