In Luhansk, a substation supplying electricity to a railway hub used for military cargo transport was taken out of service as a result of sabotage, according to the partisan movement Atesh.
According to Atesh, one of its agents infiltrated the facility and disabled an electrical transformer. As a result, a fire broke out, engulfing the substation equipment.
"The fire engulfed transformer equipment — restoration will take several weeks," the movement said.
Atesh claims that the substation powered a railway hub through which military cargo was transported.
"The substation supplied electricity to a railway hub through which echelons carrying equipment and ammunition were passing around the clock," the statement said.

According to the partisans, the sabotage caused delays in the supply of Russian units, including in the Lyman and Kostiantynivka directions.
"Now the occupiers are forced to restructure logistics and look for alternative routes. Strike after strike, we will destroy Putin's system from within," the movement concluded.
Other Atesh sabotage operations
At the beginning of March, Atesh partisans reported sabotage on railway infrastructure in occupied Luhansk, which was one of the key supply routes for Russian forces at the front line.
The movement’s agents also carried out an operation near Sevastopol dedicated to the "Day of Resistance to the Occupation of Crimea," during which they disabled communication facilities that, according to them, affected Ukrainian drone operations.
In addition, Atesh reported sabotage near the settlement of Hirske Shchylt in Russia's Sverdlovsk region, where telecommunications equipment used for military communication and coordination was destroyed.
