Russians strike residential building in Odesa with drone, casualties reported
Russian occupiers today, February 23, in the evening, launched a drone strike on a residential building in Odesa. Two people were injured, they are in critical condition, according to the head of the Odesa Regional Military Administration, Oleh Kiper and Dumska on Telegram.
He mentioned that Russians have been striking the Odesa region with drones for the second consecutive night.
"As a result of enemy shelling, a residential building in Odesa was destroyed with subsequent ignition. Currently, we know about two injured individuals. The wounded, in critical condition, have been transported to the hospital," clarified Kiper.
According to him, all relevant services are working at the scene.
Search and rescue operations and firefighting efforts are ongoing. There may be people under the rubble.

Later, it became known that another injured person was rescued from the rubble of a building hit by the Shahed drone in Odesa. Oleh Kiper, head of the Odesa Regional Military Administration, stated that the woman, in serious condition, was being taken to the hospital.
"She was under the rubble for about two hours. The search operation is ongoing," added the official.
The local Telegram channel Dumska has already released a video of the fire in Odesa.
