Russians strike Odesa with three Iskander-M missiles - Ukrainian Air Force
Russian troops attacked densely populated areas of Odesa at night with three Iskander-M ballistic missiles, according to Illia Yevlash, spokesperson for the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine.
According to Yevlash, Russia has now chosen Odesa as its key target. Before that, Russian occupation troops were and continue to attack Kharkiv, among other places.
“Now it (Russia - ed.) has attacked densely populated areas of Odesa with three Iskander-M ballistic missiles. As a result, there are dead and injured people,” the Air Force spokesperson says.
Russian missile attack on Odesa
As previously reported, at about half past midnight on April 30, explosions were heard in Odesa during an air raid alert. Approximately fifteen minutes later, repeated explosions were heard in the city.
Later, local authorities stated that three people were killed and three others were injured by Russian ballistic missile attacks on Odesa.
In particular, the head of the Odesa Regional Military Administration, Oleh Kiper, said that there was damage to civilian infrastructure in the city.
