On the morning of November 28, Russian terrorists fired at a five-story building in the city of Nikopol, Dnipropetrovsk region. As a result of the attack, a man was killed, and two more women were injured, according to Serhii Lysak, the head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration.

"In the morning, the Russians hit Nikopol. An artillery shell hit the five-story building," Lysak says.

A 63-year-old man died as a result of the shelling. Two women, 65 and 63 years old, were also injured.

In addition, there may still be people under the rubble of the building.
