Russians strike Dnipropetrovsk region: Lyceum damaged, casualties reported
Russians launched drones into the Dnipropetrovsk region overnight on May 4. Buildings, a lyceum, and a critical infrastructure facility were damaged. There are casualties, according to the head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Council, Mykola Lukashuk.
According to the head, air defense forces shot down 5 Shahed drones over the region.
"Our air defense forces shot down 5 enemy Shaheds over the region overnight. They were destroyed in the Pavlohrad district," Lukashuk wrote.
During the occupant's attack, buildings were damaged, and a fire broke out.
"A woman and a man were injured in the city due to the attack. A fire occurred, damaging 3 private houses and an infrastructure object," the head reported.
Additionally, Russians attacked the Nikopol community, targeting a critical infrastructure object and damaging a power transmission line.
"The lyceum, a municipal enterprise, residential houses, apartment buildings, a bank branch, and a power transmission line were damaged. There were hits on critical infrastructure objects. Fortunately, no one was injured," Lukashuk wrote.
In the morning, Russian forces attacked the Myrivska community, damaging an agro-farm.

Russian night attack on Ukraine
Overnight, Russians attacked Ukraine with drones and 4 S-300 missiles. Air defense forces shot down 13 drones.
During the attack by Russian forces in Kharkiv, explosions were heard. Civilian infrastructure was damaged, resulting in a fire and casualties.
