Russian forces attacked Dnipro and the region with strike drones overnight on November 15. Fires broke out, businesses were damaged, and one person was injured, according to Telegram posts by Vladyslav Haivanenko, head of the Dnipropetrovsk Regional Military Administration.

"Overnight, the enemy sent drones toward Dnipro. Several fires broke out in the city at once. Private businesses were damaged. A car was destroyed," Haivanenko said.

The enemy also attacked Nikopol district with drones and shelled it with artillery and Grad multiple launch rocket systems. The communities of Nikopol, Marhanets, Chervonohryhorivka, and Myriv were affected.

As a result of the shelling, a 65-year-old man was killed. An unused building and a car caught fire. Additionally, a private enterprise, a five-story building, private homes, a gas pipeline, and vehicles were damaged.

In Synelnykivskyi district, Rozdorska and Pokrovska communities were hit by drone attacks. A 52-year-old man was injured, and fires broke out in a cultural center and private homes.

According to the head of the Regional Military Administration, air defense forces shot down 16 drones over Dnipropetrovsk region during the evening and night.

Attack on Dnipro

As a reminder, overnight on November 15, explosions were reported in Dnipro after the Air Forces warned of a drone threat.

On the evening of November 14, air raid alerts were announced across all regions of Ukraine. Russian forces launched MiG-31K aircraft, carriers of Kh-47 Kinzhal aeroballistic missiles.

The enemy fired missiles over Sumy and Chernihiv regions toward Kyiv region, then the flight trajectory shifted toward Starokostiantyniv. Around 21:30, explosions were heard in Khmelnytskyi region.
