Russians strike at Dnipro region: Children among wounded
The Russian military attacked the Dnipro region today, November 2. As a result of the attack, 5 people were wounded, according to the regional prosecutor's office.
According to the investigators, the Russian military attacked the Dniprovskyi district of Dnipro region. As a result, five people were injured. Among them are two children, aged 8 and 15.
Critical infrastructure in the area was also damaged.
The head of the Dnipro Regional Military Administration, Serhii Lysak, said that two children who were injured during a missile attack on the Dniprovskyi district were hospitalized.
An 8-year-old girl has shrapnel wounds to her face, and a 15-year-old boy has shrapnel wounds to both legs. They are in satisfactory condition.
“There is also an 83-year-old woman in the hospital - she is in a serious condition. Her leg is injured. The rest of the victims were treated on the spot and will recover at home. In total, 8 people were injured in the Russian attack,” added Lysak.
The Russians also attacked the Khmelnytskyi region with drones on the night of November 2. The shelling damaged an elevator.
Meanwhile, explosions were heard several times in Kyiv during the night, and air defense systems were operating. There were no direct hits in Kyiv, but debris fell in six districts of the capital. Fires broke out, buildings and cars were damaged, and a police officer was injured.
