To replace the stolen concrete fortifications, the leadership of the Kursk region is purchasing large quantities of barbed wire, states the National Resistance Center.

The underground movement in the Kursk region reports another wave of intensified construction of barriers along the border of the region. However, they draw attention to the fact that the local leadership and local commercial entities are jointly misappropriating the budget allocated for concrete fortifications.

However, they draw attention to the fact that the local leadership and local commercial entities are jointly misappropriating the budget allocated for concrete fortifications.

The report is accompanied by photo materials, and it emphasizes that instead of constructing concrete engineering structures in accordance with the directives of the Russian government, the local authorities compel commercial entities in the Kursk region to purchase large quantities of barbed wire, such as Yegoza, at their own expense and provide construction equipment for the needs of the Russian Armed Forces and the Border Federal Service free of charge.

Strengthening of Russian positions

Russia is strengthening its positions in the occupied areas of southern and eastern Ukraine through the use of special structures known as "dragon's teeth," which resemble concrete pyramids. According to the occupiers, this is intended to prevent a swift breakthrough by the Ukrainian Armed Forces.

Dozens of advertisements for the sale of these "dragon's teeth" structures have been published on the Russian website "Avito."

Reportedly, construction companies and concrete manufacturers from St. Petersburg, Moscow, and the Moscow region have been involved in the production of these structures. Some are producing hundreds per month, while others are manufacturing them by the thousands.
