Russians seize satellite devices from Ukrainians in occupied territories
Russians continue to clean up the information field in the temporarily occupied territories. In particular, they confiscated satellite equipment from local residents, according to the National Resistance Center of Ukraine (NRC).
According to the NRC, Russian forces conducted raids to seize "unlicensed television equipment" from people under occupation, specifically satellite devices.
"The Russians seize it so that people install 'Russian World' equipment instead. The latter is provided free of charge because no one will pay for it, and has access to more than 20 Kremlin lie mouthpieces," the NRC states.
The National Resistance Center emphasized that these actions are part of the Kremlin's information doctrine, which aims to isolate the population from alternative information and maximize exposure to Kremlin lies.
At the end of the publication, the NRC urged people to remain vigilant and to ignore Russian media to avoid falling into "the traps of enemy deception."
As a reminder, in September, lectures by Russian propagandists were held in the temporarily occupied part of the Kherson region, namely in seized schools.
During the so-called lectures, Ukrainian children were convinced that Russian media served as a mouthpiece for truth. Additionally, the propagandists provided a list of preferred media and conducted subscription checks on their phones.
According to the National Resistance Center, the corresponding program for these so-called classes was prepared by the Russian Ministry of Education.
