Russians launched 25 Shaheds on Ukraine tonight - Number of shot down drones revealed

The Air Defense Forces of the Armed Forces of Ukraine shot down 15 enemy kamikaze drones of the Shahed type on the night of March 11. In total, Russian invaders launched 25 such drones for the new attack, according to the General Staff of the Armed Forces of Ukraine and the Operational Command South.
"During the night, Russian occupiers once again attacked Ukraine, using 25 UAVs of the Shahed type. Ukrainian Air Defense Forces destroyed 15 enemy UAVs," according to the morning summary of the military command.
Massive attack on the Odesa region
The majority of enemy drones, specifically ten, were destroyed in the sky over the Odesa region.
Military officials noted that this was a mass drone attack on the region, and the air defense operation to repel the air strike lasted for an hour and a half.
In the Operational Command South, it was also specified that the Shahed drones moved from the Black Sea waters and, with complex maneuvers between residential and industrial quarters, complicated the air defense operations.
Results
"In the Odesa region, as a result of the enemy's attack, an infrastructure object was hit, administrative buildings were damaged, and a fire that broke out was promptly extinguished," the Operational Command South reported.
The shock wave also shattered the windows of private houses in the vicinity, and household structures were destroyed by the debris.
According to preliminary information, there were no casualties.
Air attack during the night of March 10
Last night, Russian invaders once again used kamikaze drones for air attacks on Ukraine, prompting an air alarm in several regions.
The Air Force reported the movement of Shahed drones towards Kharkiv, where an explosion later occurred. Kharkiv Mayor Ihor Terekhov later reported that a civilian infrastructure object was attacked in the city, and residential buildings were damaged.
Additionally, video footage of the aftermath of the Shahed strike on the city was later shown at the Kharkiv Regional Prosecutor's Office.
Furthermore, in Odesa and the region, air defense was deployed and active.
