Shahed attack: Civilian infrastructure object and buildings damaged in Kharkiv
In Kharkiv, as a result of a Russian drone kamikaze strike of the Shahed type overnight on March 11, a civilian infrastructure object was attacked, and residential buildings were damaged, according to the Mayor of Kharkiv, Ihor Terekhov.
"Kharkiv is being hit by Shahed drones again. In a densely populated residential area, a civilian infrastructure object was hit," he wrote in his Telegram post.
The mayor noted that there were no casualties.
"The object itself was partially damaged, as well as the residential buildings nearby," Terekhov said.
All relevant services are working at the site of the enemy attack, he added.
Night Shahed attack
Earlier, it was reported that on the night of March 11, Russian occupiers launched kamikaze drones for strikes on Ukraine. An air raid alert was announced in several regions, including Kharkiv. It was also reported that the Shahed drones were moving toward Kharkiv.
According to the Air Force Command of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, Shahed drones were detected over the city. Military personnel urged residents of Kharkiv to take shelter. The air raid alert was lifted at 01:33.
