Russians hit Kharkiv: What is known
Russian troops struck Kharkiv on the morning of November 10. There was an attack in the Kyiv district of the city, reports the head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Oleg Syniehubov, on Telegram.
Explosions were heard in Kharkiv at around 9:20 AM. The city's mayor, Ihor Terekhov, confirmed that Kharkiv was under attack.
"Preliminary reports indicate a strike in the Kyiv district of Kharkiv," later stated the head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Oleg Syniehubov.
He added that relevant services had been dispatched to inspect the site of the impact.

The mayor of Kharkiv noted that the strike hit a forest belt. According to preliminary information, there were no destructions or casualties.
It is also worth mentioning that the Ukrainian Air Force had warned of Russian launches of guided aerial bombs targeting the Kharkiv region and urged the residents of Kharkiv to remain in shelters.
Russian night attack
On the evening of November 9, the occupiers shelled Kharkiv. The Russians used a hybrid of rockets and Grom-E1 air bombs. It is known that the occupiers struck the Slobidskyi district of the city, with the attack hitting an open area. As a result, several apartment buildings were damaged.
In the early hours of November 10, the Russians launched a record number of drones at Ukraine. A total of 145 drones were recorded.
Air defense systems were active in 13 Ukrainian regions. Defenders destroyed 62 drones, while another 67 drones were lost in various locations. Ten drones left Ukraine's airspace, heading toward Moldova, Belarus, and Russia.
