On the night of March 29, Russian forces attacked civilian and energy infrastructure in Odesa region. Power outages were reported in several settlements, according to Odesa regional governor, Oleh Kiper.

"This night, the enemy once again carried out treacherous strikes on civilian and energy infrastructure in Odesa region. An energy facility was damaged," Kiper said.

In addition, one of the drones hit a private residential building, partially destroying the facade. Damage was also reported in a nearby dacha cooperative.

Fires were quickly extinguished. No information on casualties or injuries has been reported.

Power outages have been reported in several settlements as a result of the attack.

"All relevant services are working on site. Damage assessment and recovery efforts are ongoing," added the regional governor.

Shelling of Ukraine

It should be recalled that on the night of March 29, Russia attacked Ukraine with a Kinjal hypersonic missile and 442 strike drones from seven directions. Ukrainian air defense forces managed to shoot down most of the enemy UAVs.

At the same time, 16 strike drones hit seven locations, and wreckage from destroyed drones fell at 14 locations.

On the evening of March 28, Russian MiG-31K aircraft were launched and Kinjal missiles were fired at Ukraine. Explosions were later reported in Khmelnytskyi region.

Additionally, during the day and night, the enemy attacked Mykolaiv region with Shahed drones, injuring teenagers.

Moreover, on the night of March 28, Russian forces launched over 60 strike drones at Odesa. There were casualties, injuries, and significant damage.
