Russian troops shelled Kropyvnytskyi on January 4. One of the city's factories was hit, and there was a killed and a wounded, according to Kirovohrad Regional Military Administration head, Andrii Raikovych.

"As a result of today's rocket attack on Kropyvnytskyi, one of the industrial facilities was hit and one person was killed," he wrote.

Explosions in Kropyvnytskyi

Earlier, explosions were reported in Kropyvnytskyi. At the time, Raikovych asked not to post anything on social media, promising to provide details of what happened later.

On the night of January 4, Russian troops attacked Ukraine using missiles and drones. In particular, air defense managed to shoot down two of the two UAVs in the Khmelnytskyi region.

At the same time, the occupiers fired missiles at Kharkiv and Kurakhove. In particular, Russian troops launched two strikes on Kharkiv with S-300 missiles in the city center. There is damage to the infrastructure. A school and a kindergarten in Kurakhove came under fire.
