Russians attacked energy facilities in the Lviv region. As a result, there are problems with electricity in the region, according to Maksym Kozytskyi, head of the Lviv Regional Military Administration.

"There are partial power outages in Lviv and the region," he says.

At the same time, Lviv mayor Andrii Sadovyi says that the city may experience water supply interruptions

"Due to the Russian strikes in the Lviv region, there may be water supply interruptions in Lviv until the substations switch to backup power. There may also be power outages," he says.

As a result of Russian shelling, power outages began in Kyiv and several regions. Strikes and blackouts also caused train delays.
