Russian strike on Odesa aftermath: 20 injured, including five rescuers, one more fatality
In Odesa, 20 people are wounded in a Russian rocket attack. Among the injured are five employees of the State Emergency Service of Ukraine, according to SESU.
A rescuer was killed as a result of the missile strike. All victims are being provided with medical care.
Rescuers reported that the Russian missile strike also damaged 10 private houses, a service station, a low-pressure gas pipeline, and two fire and rescue vehicles.
Work is currently underway to extinguish the fire in the gas pipeline and the private house. The fire covered 120 square meters.
A total of 50 rescuers and eight units of SES equipment are working at the scene.

Russian shelling of Odesa
Today, after 11 a.m., explosions were heard in Odesa. An air raid alert was announced. The Ukrainian Air Force warned of missiles flying in the direction of Odesa, as well as the threat of ballistic missile attacks on the southern regions.
Later, local authorities confirmed that the Russians had launched a missile attack on Odesa. Rescuers arrived at the site of the strike to eliminate the consequences. While they were working, the enemy launched another missile attack.
According to the Odesa Regional Military Administration, a paramedic and a rescuer were killed in the Russian missile attack.
