Russian strike on Kremenchuk in Poltava region: Number of injured rises to two

On Sunday, July 6, Russian troops attacked Kremenchuk in the Poltava region with drones. Due to the shelling, the number of injured rose to two, and about 16 buildings were damaged, RBC-Ukraine reports, citing Head of the Poltava Regional Military Administration, Volodymyr Kohut.
In particular, Kohut clarified that the enemy struck the city at 09:35 a.m. local time. Due to the attack, two people were injured.
"Currently, there are two injured who sought medical care. One injured person was treated on the spot and refused hospitalization. Another injured person independently went to a healthcare facility, where he was provided assistance," Kohut said.
The Head of the Poltava Regional Military Administration also noted that approximately 16 buildings were damaged. These are private houses, apartment buildings, an educational institution, and commercial property.
"A headquarters has been set up to provide assistance. At the moment, people do not require relocation," Kohut added.

This morning the reports indicated that in Kremenchuk the enemy hit the territorial recruitment and social support center, and residential buildings were also damaged. Due to the attack, a fire broke out, which was later extinguished.
In addition, due to the accident, traffic to the River Station was temporarily prohibited. In connection with this, trolleys did not operate to this destination.
As reported, trolleys on all routes, except those heading to Kryukiv, stopped at the final stop Kryukivskyi Bridge.
