In Brovary, a Russian strike damaged a multi-story building and a private house. A woman was also reported injured, according to a statement by the city head, Ihor Sapozhko.

According to him, the enemy attack hit a private house and a multi-story building, with impacts reported around the 8th and 9th floors.

Rescue teams and other emergency services are working at the scene. So far, three people have been reported injured, with one of them hospitalized.

Emergency crews are continuing to deal with the damage to the multi-story building. Fifty-two residents from two entrances were evacuated, including three children; the remaining residents left on their own.

What is known about the overnight Russian strike

In Kyiv and the Kyiv region, an air raid alert was declared around 23:00 Kyiv time. Explosions were heard in the capital around midnight. Later, ballistic missiles were added to the drone attacks.

Six people were reported injured - three of them, including a 13-year-old child, were hospitalized, while the others received medical assistance on-site.

At least six locations in different districts of the city sustained damage.

Additionally, the Russian army struck the Kharkiv region with guided aerial bombs - around 20:30 Kyiv time, the first explosions were heard in Kharkiv. Energy infrastructure in the region was targeted, which may cause sharp voltage fluctuations for household consumers.

On the evening of November 28, a large-scale air raid alert was declared in Ukraine due to the takeoff of MiG-31K jets armed with Kinzhal aeroballistic missiles.
