Explosions rock Ukraine's Kharkiv: Guided aerial bomb strike recorded

Residents of Kharkiv heard explosions this evening, November 28. The city is under attack, according to Kharkiv Mayor Ihor Terekhov, the Air Force of the Armed Forces of Ukraine, and Viacheslav Zadorenko, head of the Derhachi City Military Administration.
At around 08:20 PM Kyiv time, the military warned that the Russian attack drones were approaching Kharkiv.
Just ten minutes later, the Air Force reported that guided aerial bombs had been launched at the Kharkiv region.
"There are explosions in the city! Stay safe!" Terekhov wrote.
More detailed information about the attack on Kharkiv is not yet available.
For his part, Zadorenko wrote that the Russian army struck the energy infrastructure of the Kharkiv region. As a result, household consumers may experience sharp voltage fluctuations.
"Please turn off your electrical appliances to preserve their functioning and safety," he warned.

The head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Oleh Syniehubov, said that, according to preliminary information, Russian forces struck Kharkiv’s Nemyshlianskyi district with a guided aerial bomb.
Terekhov added that, preliminarily, one person is known to have been injured.
Strikes on Kharkiv
The Russian army regularly attacks civilian targets both in the city of Kharkiv and across the Kharkiv region.
In particular, on November 25, Russian forces struck the city’s critical infrastructure. The target was a Kharkivoblenergo substation hit by approximately ten Shahed drones.
As a result, water supply in Kharkiv was carried out according to special schedules.
Also, on the night of November 26, the Russian forces struck the nearest suburb of Kharkiv. Explosions were heard in the city.
