Throughout the day, representatives of the regional and local administrations, rescuers, police, utility services, energy workers, gas distribution specialists, and other relevant services worked at the site.

"Unfortunately, we have another tragic piece of news. A man who sustained severe injuries as a result of the Russian strike has died in the hospital. Thus, the number of deaths has risen to nine. Sincere condolences to the families and loved ones of everyone whose lives were taken by Russia," the head of the Kyiv Regional Military Administration reported.
As of the evening, 18 injured remain in medical facilities. All of them are receiving the necessary care.
Nearly 300 residential buildings were damaged
Commissions have already completed a preliminary inspection of the damaged housing and divided the properties into three categories.
The first category includes buildings with minor damage. Their owners will be eligible for state compensation for independent restoration. Such properties were preliminarily counted at 115.
The second category includes 47 buildings that require major repairs. They are planned for restoration using state and regional budgets.
Another 91 buildings are completely destroyed and require new construction. Their restoration will also be funded by the state and the region.
In addition, repairs are planned for two damaged multi-story buildings and the restoration of the neighborhood's utility networks.
According to the latest data, 253 private houses and 27 multi-story buildings sustained damage.
In residential multi-story buildings, 1,692 windows were shattered. Additionally, 65 applications have been received from business owners whose property was affected by the attack.
The authorities note that inspections are ongoing, so the final extent of the damage is still being clarified.
Victims are being housed and provided with assistance
Throughout the day, over 200 utility workers were at the site, along with specialized equipment, charitable organizations, and volunteers.
Temporary accommodation has been organized for those who lost their homes. Currently, 60 people are staying in temporary shelters, and another 160 have found places with relatives and acquaintances. If necessary, the reserve capacity will be promptly increased.
In addition, thanks to Oleh Bibikov's food truck, three hot meals a day have been organized for residents.
According to Mykola Kalashnyk, the main task remains to provide assistance to every affected family as quickly as possible, to ensure people have housing and support, and to restore damaged infrastructure.
