Dniprovskyi district
A three-story non-residential building was partially destroyed, from the roof down to the basement. Rescuers found the body of a person killed during search and rescue operations.
President Volodymyr Zelenskyy said the missiles struck densely populated areas, with no military facilities nearby. According to Zelenskyy, delays in supplying air defense systems to Ukraine facilitate terror.
The attack began at around 10 p.m., with explosions reported across the city. Later, reports emerged of a damaged dormitory in the Desnianskyi district. Social media users identified the facility as belonging to the State University of Trade and Economics.
