Russian morning attack on Ukraine's Odesa kills one and injures several others

The morning of September 4 in the Ukrainian city of Odesa began with a Russian attack. One person was killed, and three others were injured, according to Odesa City Military Administration head Serhii Lysak, Odesa Regional Military Administration head Oleh Kiper, and the State Emergency Service of Ukraine in the Odesa region.
According to Lysak, three people were initially reported injured and were immediately provided with the necessary assistance.
Residential buildings and cars were damaged in one of the city's districts.
It later became known that one person had been killed in the morning attack. The head of the City Military Administration expressed condolences to the family and loved ones of the victim.
The attack damaged apartments, facades, and windows in two high-rise residential buildings. According to the State Emergency Service of Ukraine, apartments from the sixth to the eighth floors were damaged in one of the nine-story buildings. The blast wave and debris also damaged the windows and facades of neighboring high-rise buildings and 28 parked cars.

According to Odesa Regional Military Administration head Oleh Kiper, a man was killed, and three women were injured.
Russian drones also struck private residential buildings, destroying two of them. In addition, a two-story non-residential building, private vehicles, and official vehicles were damaged. A man and a minor were injured at these locations.
According to the State Emergency Service of Ukraine, fires broke out at the sites of the strikes and were quickly extinguished by rescuers.

All relevant services are working at the scene. The area is being inspected, and the consequences of the attack are being documented. An emergency response center has been set up to assist those affected.
On the night of September 3, Russian forces again struck the city. The number of injured rose to 17, including three children. Earlier that morning, a high-rise building was hit, injuring eight people.
A day earlier, on the night of September 2, Odesa also came under a massive attack. A high-rise building was damaged, offices and educational institutions were destroyed, the city experienced power problems, and a child was among those injured.
