Russian missiles hit non-military areas in Lviv
It is not yet known where exactly the Russian army was targeting during the attack on Lviv last night, September 4. However, there were no military facilities at the sites where the Russian missiles hit, stated Viktor Ivanitskyi, head of the Department for the Protection of the Population and Territories from Emergency Situations and Defense Work of the Lviv Regional Military Administration.
When asked if it was clear where exactly the Russians were targeting during the attack on Lviv, Ivanitskyi stated that specialists were working on it.
"I think this topic won't be fully disclosed. But where the missiles and debris landed, there were no military facilities. It's either 'unparalleled' technology (sarcasm about the inaccuracy of Russian missiles - ed.) or just terror," he said.
