Today, Russia carried out another missile attack on Kharkiv. As a result of the Iskander missile hitting the Shevchenkivskyi district, at least five people have been injured, according to the head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, Oleh Syniehubov, and the Kharkiv regional police.

The number of victims increased to 8.

"The polyclinic, cars, and other civilian infrastructure were damaged. Law enforcement officers are working at the scene to record another crime of the occupiers," the head of the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration says.

Police representatives are also working at the site, in particular, to document the consequences of the Russian missile hit.

Law enforcement officials reported that eight civilians were injured in the shelling: six women, a man, and an eight-month-old child.

At about 10 a.m., Russians struck the central district of Kharkiv.

As the mayor of the city, Ihor Terekhov, said earlier, Russia hit a dense residential area, which caused a fire.

After midnight on August 6, a series of explosions occurred in Kharkiv due to Russian shelling.

Kharkiv and the region are systematically affected by Russian shelling with various types of weapons.
