Strike on Kharkiv

On the night of June 7, Russian forces launched a massive strike on Kharkiv. Local authorities described today's attack as the most powerful since the start of the war.

Strikes hit two districts of Kharkiv — the Kyivskyi and Osnovianskyi districts.

According to the Kharkiv Regional Military Administration, a fire broke out over an area of 10,000 square meters at an industrial facility in the Kyivskyi district following the impact of 40 drones, four glide bombs, and a missile. Earlier in the morning, local authorities reported that people might be trapped under the rubble.

The Prosecutor’s Office reported that five employees — three women and two men — were injured in the strike on the facility.
