In Russia's Moscow region, a piece of an air defense missile pierced the roof of a passenger bus, according to the Russian Telegram channel Astra.

Details

The bus carrying passengers was reportedly hit by fragments of a drone. Authorities claim the vehicle sustained only minor damage and no one was injured.

According to Russian media, the bus was operating on the route from Malino to the Kotelniki metro station. Published footage shows a pierced roof and the booster stage of a Pantsir air defense missile inside the cabin.

Earlier, Moscow Mayor Sergey Sobyanin said Russian air defense forces had shot down a drone heading toward the capital.

In Russia's Chelyabinsk region, strong explosions were heard on the evening of October 22 in the city of Kopeysk. Preliminary reports suggest they occurred at a local military ammunition plant.

On the night of October 22, Ukrainian Defense Forces struck a defense plant in Saransk that produces ammunition, as well as the Makhachkala oil refinery in Russia's Dagestan Republic. Both sites experienced powerful explosions.

According to Ukraine’s Defense Intelligence, the country's armed forces are actively targeting key enemy facilities, including command infrastructure, the defense industry, and energy sites.
