Russians feel the impact of strikes on refineries
Earlier, the Main Directorate of Intelligence (HUR) stated that during deep strikes into Russian territory, Ukrainian defenders are targeting key enemy facilities. The effects of these operations are already noticeable. Ukraine’s targets on Russian territory can be divided into three categories:
-
command and control system,
-
defense-industrial complex,
-
energy infrastructure.
The Institute for the Study of War (ISW) also wrote that after successful Ukrainian strikes on oil refineries in Russia, fuel prices rose. According to ISW, surveys show that more than 70% of Russians have already felt the increase in gasoline prices.
